2. Personal Data We Collect

2.1. Contact Form

  • Data collected: name, email, phone number, message, preferred dates
  • Purpose: responding to inquiries and providing quotes
  • Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a))
  • Retention: 1 year from inquiry, or until consent is withdrawn

2.2. Booking and Rental Agreement

  • Data collected: name, address, email, phone, date/place of birth, mother's maiden name, ID number, driver's license number, tax number, company details (optional), photos of ID and driver's license
  • Purpose: concluding and performing the vehicle rental agreement, invoicing
  • Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c))
  • Retention: 5 years after the rental relationship ends (accounting obligation); uploaded ID photos are deleted within 30 days of contract completion

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses the following third-party services:

3.1. Google Analytics

3.2. Google Ads (Conversion Tracking)

Used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. No personal data is identified through this.

3.3. Meta Pixel (Facebook)

3.4. Managing your consent (Google Consent Mode V2)

Analytics and marketing cookies are only activated with your explicit consent. This website implements the Google Consent Mode V2 standard: on page load, advertising (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) and analytics (analytics_storage) storage default to denied, and are only enabled once you consent in the cookie banner. The Meta Pixel likewise starts in a revoked state and only sends data after marketing consent is given.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer, or by disabling cookies in your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

The legal basis for cookies is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Strictly necessary cookies rely on legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and cannot be switched off.

3/A. Contact and quote request forms

Accepting this privacy policy is mandatory when submitting the contact form or the airport transfer and chauffeured rental quote request forms. The time at which you tick the consent box is recorded as proof of consent (GDPR Art. 7(1)). The data you provide is used solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.

4. Data Sharing

Your personal data is used exclusively for the purpose of processing your booking. We do not share it with third parties, except:

  • with your explicit consent;
  • to comply with legal obligations (e.g., authority requests);
  • to the analytics and advertising providers mentioned above, in anonymized/pseudonymized form only.

5. Data Security

Personal data is stored in an encrypted database (Supabase, EU region). Uploaded ID photos are kept in secure, access-controlled storage. The administration panel is protected by password authentication.

6. Your Rights

Under data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access: request information about what personal data we process;
  • Rectification: request correction of inaccurate data;
  • Erasure: request deletion of your personal data (where not required by law);
  • Restriction: request restriction of processing;
  • Withdraw consent: withdraw consent at any time for consent-based processing;
  • Complaint: file a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu).
