2.2. Booking and Rental Agreement

  • Data collected: name, address, email, phone, date/place of birth, mother's maiden name, ID number, driver's license number, tax number, company details (optional), photos of ID and driver's license
  • Purpose: concluding and performing the vehicle rental agreement, invoicing
  • Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c))
  • Retention: 5 years after the rental relationship ends (accounting obligation); uploaded ID photos are deleted within 30 days of contract completion

Your personal data is used exclusively for the purpose of processing your booking. We do not share it with third parties, except:

  • to the analytics and advertising providers mentioned above, in anonymized/pseudonymized form only.

Personal data is stored in an encrypted database (Supabase, EU region). Uploaded ID photos are kept in secure, access-controlled storage. The administration panel is protected by password authentication.

  • Erasure: request deletion of your personal data (where not required by law);
